Computer Parts - Canada

Anyone from Canada know a good place to order parts online within
Canada? Preferably Southern Ontario.
I'm looking for good prices, selection, and service.
I have contacted one place, but they took a week just to get back to me.
Also, I am looking for a GeForce3 Ti 500 video card for my new system
and it seems that no one here in Canada has them in stock, or they do
not carry them.
I'm having a hell of a time finding a place with good prices, selection,
and service, and I am trying to avoid buying from U.S. to avoid import
duties and taxes. Besides, half the good places to order online in the
U.S. do not ship internationally.
HELP! :)

Dude :) Try this store in toronto.  There're 2 locations, 1 in missisauga
and another in markham.  I find the Markham store sales are more
knowledgable.  The intersection is woodbine and steeles.  Take the 401, exit
at 404 north, then exit at steeles.  The exit faces directly on a street
called woodbine, just drive straight and look to you left, about two
driveways north.

I don't know of any stores that ships close to southern ontario.

This place seems pretty good. I've purchased quite a bit of stuff from them
over the last year.

I usually deal with Infonec in the GTA, but I don't think they have online
sales...  Their prices are good though.

I bought a computer from them once. Warranty service was real bad.
Let's just say, never again. I get my parts from here. No online store
though.

I hear these guys are a good online Canadian store. They are in
Vancouver.

This link (http://www.monitor.ca/marketplace/index.html) gives you a large list of
suppliers in the Ottawa-Carleton area, many of which I'm sure would be happy to ship to
your end of Ontario. I'll second Wayne's recommendation of Deals Direct, and add
http://www.networksupply.ca/ . Despite the name, they carry a lot of other computer gear
too. Last time I was in, they had a GeForce3 Ti 500, but I can't recall the brand.

I've bought a few things online from www.ncix.com - shipping to Ottawa take
longer than advertised, but good selection and competitive prices.

This is where I was going to order from. Pretty good prices, but since
it took them a week just to get back to me with a quote, I decided to go
elsewhere.

This is where I decided to order from. Thanks for the input.

Sorry dude,

Forgot to add that yeah, don't buy a computer from them :P but getting a vid
card is alright.  I don't worry about warranty cuz I don't break things.
But you know what?  This thread is quite informative.  I'm living in hong
kong now, and was an immigrant to canada, and now a citizen, having been
living in toronto for 12 years.  This thread made me proud to be a Canadian.
Yeah I call myself that eventhough I was born in hong kong.

One question -- tonnes of help, that's the way we do it up north.

Cheers.

Stay away from Atic.
Good prices, horrible service.
Remember the Soup Nazi on Seinfeld? Thats, Atic.

Locally they only use the website as an advertising space for their walk in
customers, the website is usually out of date anyway.
