I just wanted to add how great the sound is.. I decided to go purchase a
MX300 sound card and upgrade from my beloved Sound Blaser AWE 64 Gold with
16mb of memory (aaahhhhh).  I must say, I was quite impressed.   While
racing Atlanta online the other night, I took a bad spin after someone
tapped me from behind.  I luckily did not come into contact with anything..
after about 4 laps, I began to hear a vibration sound mixed in with the
engine sound... I thought perhaps the sound file got corrupted trying to
produce an engine sound... again the same sound came.  After about 2 more
laps.. I realized that the vibration sound would only happen as I would come
into a high banked turned.  Now that was really cool.  The only thing I wish
was that I could radio my crew chief about it.

Anyone else have some interesting tales to tell?

sounds like you flat spotted your tires, did papy model that into the sim??

The vibration is so far one of the only pleasant surprises in N3.. the
rest are bugs..sorry, features..  They did a good job on the vibration
sounds though.

It's a Honda. Remove the 9" exhaust tip and put the stock exhaust back
in. Problem solved. <grin>
