Where to buy TOCA2 in NA?

by DG » Tue, 06 Jul 1999 04:00:00

Can anyone point me to a North American (preferably Canadian) on-line source
to purchase TOCA2? I've searched all my usual on-line retailers and can't
find it. The local stores here are still selling the original TOCA for full
price and there's no sign TOCA2.

TIA,
Dale.

I purchased my copy from an online retailer in the U.K. To the best of my
knowledge, CodeMasters has no plans of releasing Toca2 in North America yet.
To bad, cause they really put together a great sim. Best money I've spent in
a long time:-)

Good Luck,
Drew

That's a shame. Sometimes North America seems to be in the dark. Unless it
goes really fast and turns left all the time we're not interested... :-)

Can you (or anyone) point me towards the more reputable UK on-line stores. I
have a co-worker going over to the UK next month so I'll ship it to his
hotel if it saves on delivery charges. Hmmm... UPS from the UK to Canada.
Going to cost more than the game isn't it?

Dale.

Well jeez buddy, I live in the USA.  We've got one 'a them Space Shuttles just
like, umm, uh, no one I guess.  Also home of the Chrysler Viper, they turn left
AND right and run over Porsches at some place in France called Le Mans.  Also
home of www.interactcd.com in Pasadena CA. where you can order TOCA2.

Now what'd we do with that Stanley Cup thingy...

Yeah, well... let's see your "good ol' boy" Viper flip three times and land
right side up :-)

According to a recent commercial it makes a great display stand for fruit in
Bolivia (or something like that)...

Thanks everybody, I've got lots of sources now. Funny, a Hotbot or Altavista
search turns up nothing but on a whim I tried Yahoo! today and found five
retailers right away and then "GLR" emails me with two stores that are only
a few hours from here.

Dale.
