Why don't you post it a few more times.I don't think my cpu polled it
yet.

What does this have to do with FrameRates, etc. I HIGHLY suggest you read the papers if you don't know the answer to that... It could save you some HAIR PULLING in the future... Jason,

It's unlilkely that the problem resides with Outlook Express.  It sounds
like you have a problem with your news server.
