NASS launches 5th season

by Tim Wortm » Thu, 21 Jan 1999 04:00:00

February 14th the North American Simulation Series (NASS99) will
launch our 5th season with the Daytona 500 by 4CDs.com! Signups are
now uderway for the 1999 season at www.nasscar.com.

NASS99 is offline racing at it's best. This season, we will operate 4
divisions, including our newest entry, the ProTrucks. The ProTruck
division will be much like our BGN div (open setups, med opponents and
race lengths), but will use the NR1999 trucks and follow the Craftsman
truck schedule. Other divisions include SuperTrucks (entry level,
fixed setups, joystick only), BGN, and WC. In addition to driver
points, we also track team, rookie, mfg, and fantasy earnings
throughout the season.

In 1998, better than 550 drivers particpated in NASS. I think you'll
find NASS to be one of the most competitive, well organized offline
leagues operating today. But don't take my word for it......stop by
and see for yourself.

We may also have openings for 4-5 drivers in our entry level Thunder
online division for 1999. See the Thunder homepage for details at
www.nasscar.com/thunder.
