Its still there. Here what he says about the problem:

"Just closed the book on the Netscape problems and now is the existence
of the whole site(s) in danger because of cu
 down in available band wide by my provider :(

 I have a 10Mb Lan City cable modem and it takes me 5 minutes to load
the front page, THIS IS TOTAL DISASTER.

 The reason for this cut down I can understand and I already told you
all of the risk getting in trouble by making this
 second site and not spending more money for traffic. I have send an
URGENT email to a potential sponser to come and
 save both sites, let's hope he will make it a priority.
