Enhanced ICR2 tracks...

by Eric Ruh » Thu, 12 Jun 1997 04:00:00

Some time ago I saw a post about converting the non-enhanced ICR2 tracks
by using pieces from the enhanced tracks that come with the bundled
ICR2/Screamin' 3D package.  I noticed that there are no .mip files in
the enhanced tracks, but something like .mi4, .mi6, or something like
that (can't recall at the moment).  I've tried blindly swapping files
but so far I've had no luck.  All I really want is the new sky and wall
textures for the rest of the tracks.  Does anyone have a web page
somewhere that deals with this???  I'll keep plugging away so I'll post
a solution when I find one.  If anyone else is working on this, please
let me know.  Thanks

Check out Velocity Motorsports at:
http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/4085/enhanced.html
They provide full instructions.
Also, there is always good information on all ICR2 enhancements at The
Sim Project:
http://members.aol.com/simproject/index.htm
Hope this helps.
