You have to run under Windows in a DOS box. The MSFF does not work in DOS.
The controller can be set to split axes. If you do this, select Joy. A
Horizontal for steering, Joy. B Vert for Accel. and Joy. B Horiz. for Brakes.
Also select the "Control Driven Calibration" radio button. If you don't the
gas and brakes won't calibrate.
This setup works just fine for me.
