I was at www.babbages.com today and they are listing the release date for
Nascar 4 as 1/15/2001.

Never listen to release dates in stores. The developers are the best
source, Papy said Nov 16th.

No, but they are the publisher, and are responsible for the production of
the CDs, packaging, printing manuals, advertising, marketing, and shipping
of the product, so I bet they have a clue as to when it's coming out.

by Nascar Heat. I'm gonna get both though.

Electronics Boutique are pretty good at keeping a*** of the release
dates and they still show 11/16/00 for N4.

But experience tells me that stores always have VERY early release
dates. That does worry me a bit...

Well Sierra's public relations have never really been "in the know"
concerning their developers in the past.
I remember just before the CTS pack came out that people were phoning
Sierra asking when it would be available and the person at Sierra had
no idea what the CTS pack was and their "in the know" stems farther
back than that even. :)
I'll trust Papy over Sierra's word anyday, but frankly I dont trust
word from either one. It will be here when it gets here. :)
