Can you "prechoose" which car you would like to be in in N4 online like you can
in N3? I was able to choose the preferred car for offline racing but still
shows 83 car for online. Thanks in advance

Yes you can, but it can't be one of the pre-made Cup cars due to a licensing
issues. Look at you player list it has a symbol for the car you drive online
and offline. You'll have to drive one of the #100+ cars to show up on line
or paint a custom car (including copying a real cup scheme into p'shop) and
then choose that car. Be advised since most folks seem to have forgotten
this, that if you do a custom car, players must have that car file in their
game on their computer in order to see you online as your custom paint job,
other wise you'll show as some other scheme in their game like #319 or
something. The cars can be found in \series\cup\cars in your Nascar Racing 4
folder.

yep you sure can. One for single play, and one for multi-play.

Not necessarily the case.  There are numerous posts here to refute
this.

You obviously didn't finish reading my post....

I have'nt had any problems doing it.  I just went into player info, modify
original and choose the car I wanted and people see me driving it online.
