Steering wheel advice

[I did a search on this but could not find a good answer - sorry about
that]

Hi

I've been out of the scene for a while and I need a bit of advice on
what steering wheel pedal set I should be buying.

Could anyone please summerise the options available? Don't mention the
cheapos - I know they're absolute crap. While summerising, please don't
use abbreviations because, as I say, I would not know them (OK - I do
know Thurstmaster!) :-).
I'll be buying it in England, but if there's a cheap
place in the states that does mail-order, I'm gonna go for it.

Alessio.
I purchased a Thrustmaster NASCAR Pro about a month and so far am very
satisfied with it. It's not "top of the line" however, for the price,
it serves very well.

After reporting a problem to this newsgroup about a frozen pot
on the wheel, and having it replaced, I LOVE my ECCI CD2. I didn't
mention, but it has suede covering on the small diameter thick grip
wheel.
