Ed, et. al.

You need feedback.  Here's mine.  I think you guys are doing a great job.

Problems:

Hawaii does not recognize com3 or com4 on my computer.  It is an Intrex 486DX280 with enhanced
IDE controller that has com1/IRQ4 and com2/IRQ3 on it.  My modem is a generic 14.4 that only
supports com1, com3 and com4.  I have no idea why it doesn't support com2.

Enhancements:

Series administrators should be able to have more control over what time their races begin.
Set a time limit for the race to form.  It doesn't start before that time is over and if it
doesn't form in that time, it is cancelled.  This would allow us to schedule these races in a
more predictable manner.

Also, the car sets used by drivers in a series should be done differently.  Since these
carsets can easily be distributed to each member of the series independently from the
multiplayer service, it should not require too much tweeking to make it work.  Right now you
choose which car a driver drives randomly.  A special system could be setup where each member
of the series specifies which car they are using in the set when they join a series race.  If
every series member has the same carset, they should see the appropriate paint schemes on the
track.

It is just a thought.  Please make it more affordable, especially for international drivers.
I will plead to you on their behalf.  There are so many drivers in Europe and Australia that I
would love to race with online.  I wouldn't mind paying a little higher LD to help them.
Please, Please, Please, ........

I was thinking this myself. When you race with a bunch of guys on a regular
basis, it helps knowing who you're racing against so you know how careful
you have to be around that driver. You can tell by watching the split
times, but it's a lot easier to just check the car out.
