A while ago I mailed .net magazine (UK only I think) about VROC because
they had an online *** supplement which didn't feature it :-)
I'd kinda forgotten about it but I just picked up the March issue and
there it was on Page 92!

"The heavy but enjoyable Grand Prix Legends has a new add-on to ease
internet races. VROC enables anyone to host or join races, and players
can come and go throughout the practice session. VROC can be downloaded
from gpl.gamestats.com/vroc/.
