So it still doesn't have other cars?  Maybe sierra feels there's too much
replay value with other cars on the track, but unfortunately that missing
element makes it impossible to evaluate the performance of the game
from the demo, because other cars have a major effect on framerate.

Just noticed that Sierra has made a new gpl demo available...  W/
Opposition!!

Tracks are Zandvoort and Monza.

Great news indeed for us poor sods who can't purchase it yet and perfect for
an Australian motorhead weekend. ('Pin up your bum' Doohan and Corsair!)

Check out www.agn3d.com for the low down.

Which may be the real reason they aren't realeasing a demo with
traffic.

They also have an enormously positive influence on the fun factor :-)

Look back at the demo's for ICR2 and N2.  You won't find any CCC
there either.  It is just a Papyrus thing.  They have never released a
raceable demo.

The N2 demo I had had 8 AI in it. N1 and ICR2 both didn't, but i'm
afraid you could chase Marlin, Earnhardt, Rusty, Ward, Geoff Bodine,
Rudd, Hamilton(?) and someone else around Atlanta and WG.

Thanks,

Jon Guest.
