Codemaster:

Since Randy Magruder's fine review let slip the news that certain features of
TOCA2 "solidly places the game in the arcade category" I would like to suggest
some adjustments you have an opportunity to implement in the upcoming U.S.
version of your fine um, piece.  Since some of us gullibles thought we were
actually kinda racing we were happy with the system you had of rewarding wins
with trophies.  For the new solid arcade winners new awards are in order.

1st Place:  A Plush Stuffed Animal (Giraffe! Giraffe!!!)
2ndPlace:  A www.digitalsports.com Pencil
3rdPlace:  A Balloon

Codies, please prepare your tech help for irregular queries as TOCA2 fans
explore
other arcade games.
Q. I have a Thomas Super Wheel set up for TOCA2.  Do you know if there are x,y,
and z axis in Asteroids and Miss Pac-Man?
Q. I have Force Feedback in TOCA2 but when enabled, my Whack-A-Mole locks up at
the main menu, is there a workaround for this?

Pardon me, I'm gonna use the infinite grip of my TOCA2 Renault's front tires to
drive on the ceiling for awhile.  :-P

Happy Motoring

Good one!  I haven't laughed in some time when reading a newsgroup
post.  Thank you for restoring my belief that people here have a sense
of humor!

I was just reading that thread.. You mean TOCA2 hasn't been released in
the states yet ?  Jeez, got in last April in europe, it's gathering
dust on my shelf. Anybody in the bay area wants to buy it ? (cheap
postage ;-)  Dunno... 30 bucks (manual in french, installable in
english)?

What's really sad, is that Collin McRae Rally STILL has not been released in
the US!!!!

And, now they are working on Collin McRae Rally II...

An excellent place to purchase TOCA2 and CMR in the States is

www.interactcd.com

It's listed as an import so you'll have to translate idiom such as "tyres" or
"whilst".  You folks in the midwest who still live in "sod" houses are in for a
"***y" surprise when you find out what that's about..
