N3 Question

I just read a an article at SIM Racing News
(http://www.racesimcentral.net/) and it states that N3 and
Legends of Nascar will be based on the N2 physics engine.  If that is the
case...  I can't see any reason for purchasing it.   After playing GPL, N2
just doesn't seem the same any longer.

Don't get me wrong, I have tremendous loyalty to Papyrus, and I'll buy it
because of their reputation, but if it's based on the N2 model, what can it
possible offer?  It seems to me to be a step backwards.

Hi Dean,

what system you have? Look at the pictures at www.papy.com
this looks real great! Start GPL and setup a race with 19 drivers at Monza,
then start the race from the back of the field and have fun. What do you
think about a 42 drivers field?
The fps are crap! I have no problem with the graphic of GPL and the physic
of NASCAR 2,
the most importet thing is the computer AI (KI) and the internet racing
option IMO.

Hey Stefan,

System is:

PII 266
64 MB Ram
Diamond Monster II (Voodoo2)

I knew that the graphics would be better, but that's great.  Thanks for
pointing out better AI, and Internet Racing... (I had forgotten about that).

Thanks,

Dean
