I would like to run races on a track that was generated by a random track
generator.  The generator would be available in advance, but the specific
tracks for the races would be generated on race day.  I would like the
generator to generate tracks that were between 1.5 and 2.0 miles around.

As for Tony's question about the earlier races: first there are some cars
that can run on any track without practice.  They may not be the fastest,
but are often the most reliable.  Of those that use practice, there were
some that did OK, others that didn't.  I believe the robots are in the
robots subdirectory of the ftp site.

Anyone want to build a random track generator?  I will help with design,
if you want.
