I was being a bit cynical.  Yes, Jan I have GP3 2000 and I like it quite a
bit. I agree there is improved feel. And Indy and Malaysia are nice
additions. Actually, I don't understand why GP3 gets trashed so bad by some.
For me, I enjoy it far more than F1CS and a little more than F1RC.

With you there, however I like still like driving F1RC better. On the other
hand, as far as racing the AI is concerned GP3 2K is slightly the better
game, IMO.

GP3 got a pasting because Geoff made a name for himself as a developer at
the cutting edge of PC racing simulations. When GP3 was announced and
released several features short of a modern racing sim (graphics engine, FF
before the patch, internet play, 4 years in development), Geoff thereby
bowing out of the "simulation race" with Papyrus, a lot of people were
sorely disappointed (myself included... I had hoped for him to top GPL).
