problem. A few laps out, the right side tires begin to overheat and reach
upwards of 300 degrees.

Also, are you coming into the corner too fast and getting up high on the wall?
Or hearing a lot of wheel noise down low (implying that your scrubbing the
tires too much, thereby building up heat)? You could try coming in a little
slower and then getting on the gas a little earlier, and see if that maintains
your lap speed and keeps the tires a little cooler.
