Well, what do you know - we actually got to see a winner's interview,
abbreviated though it was...
I realize it was tape delay, but would it really KILL them to pay for another
10-15 minutes of air time for the live telecasts?

Next year's TV package on CBS/Speed Channel will include a 2.5 hour
timeslot, and 3.5 hours for 500 mile races....

Plus Speed Channel is going to have a lot of CART pre-race stuff and live
saturday qualifying,...

So, in other words, just one more race with shitty ESPN/ABC and the TV
coverage will be much better in 2002.

Sounds good for the USA, hopefully it will be better for us Aussies
who get a US feed.

Also, here's hoping that it will be an advantage for 2003 as well...;)
