How do I get screenshots of GPL?

I've just discovered the joys of painting the cars and now drive a very
neat green MG rather than the standard blue Coventry.....

Problem is, I'd like a screenshot of my new pride and joy in action, if I
hit the "print screen" key my hard drive looks like its doing something but
when I paste the image into Paintshop Pro I have an 800x600 black
square....

I've seen screenshots on other peoples sites so I guess I'm missing
something.....

Help!!!
