Play SAMPLE.CAT as a RAW file, PCM 22050. You wil hear motors, screeches,
normal sounds.. suddenly you hear CROWDS cheering .. (hmm)
then you hear this SQUEEKY voice.. HMM you say
I copy pasted those VOICES, and played them back PRECISELY ONE OCTAVE DOWN
from the 22050 setting. AMAZED here goes what I hear:
"Fuel Fuel Fuel "
"IN in in"
"Ten second penalty"
Black Flag
Red Flag
"They're stopping the race/session"
Oil on Circuit
Water on Circuit
Debris on circuit (Englishvoice for all)
Car Damage
Hold position
Well done
THEN FRENCH (I'm good at french)
Sortez de la piste (Get out of the track)
Un peu loin (a bit far (??)
Huil sur le circuit
Vehicule endommage.
Etc etc.
radio sounds...(GERMAN!)

(German I think I heard RED STRIPED BLACK FLAG) ..
