Faster computer and driving performance

I found out that the faster your computer the faster/better you drive. I
was able to play icr2 on a p166 in svga( makes my dx4-100 look like a 286)
and my lap times where a whole lot better. If I spend more time on the
pentuim I'll probably be running the AI at 100% in a week.
