Hi all;
Have just gotten a PII 450 with V3 2000 and a Crystal Sound fusion card.
After 3-5 laps in scgt the game quits back to the Win98 desktop.
I have updated the Voodoo 3 drivers to both the retail and beta versions
I have updated the sound drivers
This game ran great under my P200 with a Banshee and Aureal card, I look
forward to playing over my network

I have had this as well, I think all I did was a re-install. If I think of
anything else I'll post more.

I've tried that, actually reinstalled after each update ie video and sound
and dx7
still got me stumped (as well as ea support so far!)

Sounds like a slight prob with the network drivers ...

go and get the latest from manufact. support .... esp. realtek chipsets often found on lowcost network devices are making trouble with the driver Win9x installs when it finds the card. So do not use the Win Drivers .. guess they are outdated ...

The drivers helped me with some issues here ..
