Outrun and Hang On

I spent many hours (and quarters) in my misspent youth playing Outrun and
Hang On  in bars and arcades, and I'm wondering if anyone has seen either of
these games available for the computer.......I play a lot of N2, and I love
it, but it would be fun to go retro once in a while......       Ed

Not sure about Hang On, but i know Out Run was realesed as a
"computer-game" - that is if you'll qualify the Commadore 64 as a computer.
:)

i also seem to remeber it being released for the Amiga and possibly PC...
not quite sure about the last one tho..

Well, you can get the game ROMS for them from various sites, as well as the
Sega arcade emulator needed to run them... Just fire up your favorite search
engine, and type in "arcade emulators"... follow the links!
