: Jade,
: See my post on "T2 split axis advice". I am no expert here, as you can
: see I am also having problems. :) I have just the opposite problem,
: W95/GPL is fine, ICR2/N2 is the rub. I believe your problem is that
: in win95 you must have a joy1-Yaxis for things to work. You might try
: your N2/ICR2 to see if you are ok there. I haven't tried GP2.
: If you get it figured out, let me know.

: BTW, I have steer=X1, gas=Y1, brake=Y2
Jade,
SUMMARY:
I've got it going now (gpl,icr2,n2). Here's the deal:
steer=2X, gas=1X, brake=1Y, no t2 converter into gameport, win95
as 2-axis/4button. Calibration is kinda strange in w95 since only
the gas/brake calibrate and you don't see the wheel, however, all
games calibrate/see it fine.
I believe my biggest problem was knowing that w95 needs something
on 1Y and icr2/n2 need something on 2X. Be sure to calibrate w95
before doing icr2/n2 (I exit to dos to run icr2/n2).
FYI:
I previously had steer=1X, gas=2X, brake=2Y and GPL worked fine with
the converter since it maps 2X to 1Y and 1Y to 2X and w95 was happy
since it had 1Y defined. However, icr2/n2 would not work like this.
I discovered that they need something on 2X to work, thus I moved
gas/brake to joy1 and steer to joy2 with no converter to satisfy
both w95 and icr2/n2 requirements.
Hope this helps...Chuck
