GP2 - Will weather be included?

I was wondering if weather changes will be included in the final
release of GP2?

Does this mean that if I'm in a race and initially it is sunny, I can
expect the weather to change to cloudy and eventually to rain? Is that
what is meant in "weather changes"?

In ICR2, you can only set the weather to be constant (rain, 70F) and
expect that to stay like that the entire race.

How so will it be for GP2? I would like to think that if the weather
changes from sunny and warm to rainy and wet that those computer cars
on slicks will be sliding all over the place if they haven't changed
their tires.

Tell me this is so! :)
