Interlagos - F12000 Model

Watched the F1 race today and it seemed to me that the track in F12000 is a
pretty accurate model.  Maybe the elevation change going out of the last
several turns isn't shown right but the rest seemed pretty good to me.

Any other comments on it?

Yeah, I have to say that I thought it looked prety good too. I particularly
like the way the apparent bumpiness of the track (especially the last
section) has been modelled. Certainly the best I have come across sim wise
so far in this respect. Coming around those last couple of turns is
awesome...

This sim \ game is certainly growing on me...

Your right, it's probably the best track model in the game.  Probably one of
the few.  The only problem could be Mergulho/turn 11 (who doesn't have much
downhill banking like real-life), Turn6/7 (the double right fast hander
going into the sharp corners has a wrong camber I would say) and Subida Do
Lago/T4 having a radius a little too big.  After that (they are small
nitpicks), I'll say the track is very, very good.  Oh and the bumps on the
frontstraight are over-done, even if Interlagos is a very bumpy tracks.  But
of course, they said it modeled the 2000 tracks, so the bumps have been
flattened, even if ISI probably did not take that in account.  Anybody who
watched the race today saw that the frequency of the bumps were very fast
and hard, but not long up's and down's like in F1 2000.  On a rate of 1 to
10, I'll give it an easy 8, while Ubisoft's version would be a 7.  Don't
remember the original Gp2 version, but there's one very good one at
http://www.grandprix2.com/  (best one in any version).

The approach to Ferra Dura is still very realistic!

Have you had any Marlboro signs fall on your head yet?

It's pretty good except for the curbstone layout, especially at the first
corner. All real driver were using all of them while it's pretty impossible
to do it in F12000. I think that's ashame.
