That's the old page that hasn't been updated since Thanksgiving.  They
have since been assimilated into that behemoth known as Sierra On-Line
(http://www.sierra.com).  Papyrus' individual presence on the web has
unfortunately all but disappeared.  

There is still a page about the Hawaii multiplayer service at:

Unfortunately that is their former page which hasn't been updated since
around Thanksgiving.  They have since been assimilated (Ed seemed to
liked the way I put that) by Sierra.  They no longer have a web page as
such, only the Hawaii page at http://www.sierra.com/papyrus.  Their
games are now a part of Sierra's product pages under the heading
Simulations or Sports (I've forgotten which).
