What is Papyrus' new web site address?

by Kevin Bir » Sat, 14 Sep 1996 04:00:00

As I said, What is Papyrus' new web site address? I tried Papy.com and
got Chinese and then I tried Sean's link and got a message that there
was no such address.  I know it never changes it's content, but I
wanted to link it on my webpage anyway.

Thanks in advance,
Kevin Birge

There is no Papyrus web page anymore.  Papyrus has been acquired by Sierra
On-Line, and all of Papyrus' products are now represented on Sierra's web
pages.

And you may want the address to Sierra's web site -
http://www.sierra.com

Well I found one website that has a valid link to the vestige Papy site
(http://www.teleport.com/~mcarver/racelink.htm) -- gee that guy's good
;-)

Enough already!  Try ->   http://papy.com

It seems that all other traces of Papyrus on the web can only be found
in the bit bucket.

Well, there isn't anything *good* out there anymore... I've udpated
the links  to include the Sierra location of NASCAR Racing and also
the Hawaii Beta files.  However, grabbing such items from someplace
like The Pits/US Mirror would be your best bet...

Go #6 Mark Martin,#16 Ted Musgrave & #99 Jeff Burton - Jack Roush Racing!!

I don't think I would bother with the above address, it was last modified
on November 21 1995.

In reality, the best places to try are http://www.sierra.com or
ftp://ftp.sierra.com.

Personally I would look at the ftp site first, because the web site is not
updated as often, and it is not easy to find what you want.
