Does anybody out there have or know of a place where i can get a
walkthrough on how to play NASCAR1 over Kali?  I went the
www.wheretorace.com but all of their stuff has been taken down.  Any
help at all would be appreciated.

I can give you some quick tips (it's actually quite easy).

1. Make sure you have a HAWAII version of the program.
You can get it here.  Just remeber, both people need the
same version of MULTI.EXE to play.
     http://www.cal.shaw.wave.ca/~jmonds/N1Multi.ZIP

2. Run "MULTI.EXE -n" to start Nascar.  This is a multiplayer
only program.  To play single player, run Nascar the normal
    way.

3. One person ANSWER, the other DIAL.  Leave the name field
blank or you might not see the other person.

This is off the top of my head, but it should work for you.
The main problem people have, is they try IPX play with
the program out of the box.  If you can try this on an LAN,
you can verify it works before going online where pings
could get in the way of connecting to your opponent.

Have fun.
