Anyone notice the invisble ceiling in GP2?

While practicing my "high jump" manuevers in GP2, I kept getting airborne
only to hit an invisible "ceiling" which seemed to limit my efforts!
Anyone else notice the same?
I saved a replay of my car launching upwards and losing my front wheel
after hitting this invisible "ceiling" - kinda spoiled the fun!

Yeah, I've had...ahem...a few crashes where I should have been inverted.... oh
well....I have jumped over a car once, to bad I forgot to save the replay
though....

Well yeah, the ceiling has to be there.
Sooner or later(if not now) a utility will be made to allow cars to fly
all the time, and if there was no ceiling, we would launch into space.
However I believe the engine can't support high flying acrobatics (full
360 degree flip, flight above 2 meters) so there has to be a limit.

Well, there is also an invisible side wall.  I had the opportunity to lock
wheels with somebody at Monza at some 198mph.  The car headed to the
woods about 3 feet above the guardrail.  It hit some invisible barrier and
sent me back onto the track.  This was going into the 2nd chicane (the one
before the Lesbos).

It is also impossible to hit bridges and signs.  I had ground clearance
and launched at Germany at over 205mph only to go THROUGH the sign over
the track entering the Stadium section.  I only managed a 2 point landing
and lost everything except the driver capsule.  The remainder of the car
jumped the guardrail, but the***pit bounced back.

Uh, could I get a copy of those 2 wrecks???

Sure, I'll mail them to you, but my memory failed me on that Monza
incident. It was not me flying to the woods, but the AI car after a failed
passing attempt by myself.  Still cool though.

The Lesbos are notoriously two of the most dangerous curves in the world:
many drivers are said to lose concentration there by looking at dirty
pictures of women and have very serious accidents as a consequence.
