OK - I've read this pamphlet twice now and can find NOTHING about how to change
the car setup during a Tournament or Knockout. If its raining I want to put on
my Wet Tires - if the course has a lot of straightaways then I want to tweak the
engine to the max.

It makes no since to setup your car then have to keep that setup for all
variations in tracks and conditions. Why even have the setup at all?

HELP!

You must first win the tournament without using any of these settings.
For example, I had to win the beginner tournament (arcade) before I could
use the sim settings in "competition". I then won the tourney using the
settings in sim mode. I'm sure the same applies in the PC version, even
though there is no arcade or sim modes per se. You can, however, use the
sim setting in a single race, which you've probably already figured out.

I forgot to mention that I was talking about the PSX version.
