Hi all.  Are there any ICR2 leagues currently operating (or starting soon)
that allow lousy drivers to enter?

Hellz yea dude. I suck so bad.
Seriously, I recently entered the
www.simracing.com/iec
Indy Extended Circuit.
We race on 8 N2 tracks.
Besides that there are maybe a dozen (minus 6) leauges. And they all allow us
bad drivers to participate. That's also why I joined an ICR2 TEAM. (TRU = Team
Racing Unlimited) My teamates help me get better by sharing setups, replays,
and other information.
It's great. let me know if u need anything else.

I assume you're talking about online racing, but if you're not, there's an
awesome ICR2 league run by NWST starting this year at
