What is the general net consensus on the best league to compete in for ICR2?  
Currently I am considering the CICC or the ICR297 leagues for this season.  
Are there any other leagues that have a high level of competition?

ya good question.  It has to be with version 1.2. and should never set
opp. below 100% and should have Arcade damage.  Experts?
