I am a crew chief for a stock car team here in upstate NY.  We were just
looking for some way to test paint schemes.

but for which game tho...yoo hoo!!?!?!?!?!?!!?...if your talkin GPL...then
just go into any car DAT file and bring up the mip file after you unpack it
and take a peek.....for instance...the murasama skin would be any mip file
MUR*.mip....then convert it to a BMP file and load up your paint program and
simply just clean off all the painted graphics and you have your blank skin
to work on.If it's nascar2 you want....same deal...only I think it's the pcx
files you are looking for...i could be wrong...anyways...you'll need to get
tools for your game hacks if that's what your interested in and those can be
found at any fine website that dabbles in such intricasies.have fun.
