" I'm no fool. All these invites are just a front to get people hooked
on the
game so they will get a subscription. The invitiation system is just
to
make you think you are "special" but in reality you are just another
sack
 of coins to count."

You are so wrong. You are such a  fool . If you don't want
to pay to race in a structured environment that is your privilege. I
do believe the invitation system was to make sure their system was up
to speed and could handle it. Some "special" people actually did get
some benefit from participating in the beta phase.
As far as iRacing counting coins I believe they do need to
eventually make a profit for the sake of survival. I apologize for
wasting bandwidth but some of these guys I JUST CAN'T TAKE.

For the price of Grid you could get 2 or 3 months of iRacing :)

If you didn't get the email let your sponsor know.  There are many, many
(many) new invitee's online so I know a huge batch went out.

I could but no one has *invited* me to join and I don't like the idea of
using my real name. I take my privacy seriously.

So a few sim racers will know your real name, big deal! I'm surprised you're
brave enough to get out of fecking bed, let alone connect your PC to the
internet!

Well now it makes sense - since you're an ill mannered paranoid ***ing
idiot, you need to keep an eye out for the psychos who are drawn to the
likes of you like a magnet!

So might be the guy across the street or one of the other passengers on my
train in the morning. Clearly you must be worried about crashing someone out
of a race and them tracing and killing you. This is an irrational fear. In
truth, we don't want your sort in iRacing anyway, so stay away.

They need to know your name before they can attack you?

We are talking stalking and not being attacked on a train. Do keep up.
