Is it possible to run these at the same time and just choose which to use
with each game?  How do you do it?

Depends.  If they are both AGP cards, no.  If the Thriller is a PCI card,
maybe.  If both or at least the Thriller PCI card supports multimonitor,
then with Win98 you can run with both cards installed on the system and use
two monitors, one on each card.

Other than that, no.  If the Banshee were an actual Voodoo2 which is an
add-on card, then you could.

The Thriller is a pci.  The Banshee is a Dragon AGP
