rec.autos.simulators

I have no problems joining races on the Sierra network, but when I type in a
host sponsored IP address to join a race in that manner I have no Start
button at the bottom of  the page, thus can't join the race.  I also have N4
installed on this machine and I have the start option in that version.  I
even tried a reinstallation of N2002, but still no start button.  Anyone
else with this problem?  Anyone know what I am doing wrong, and what the fix
might be?

Never mine.........host as posted an incorrectly configured id address.

There seems to be a problem today at sierra.com, there are no dedicated
servers appearing in the racelist, no papy servers, and no ratings either.

I'd hazard a guess that this is what is causing your connection problem,
hopefully they will sort it out soon.
