  While some users have run the windy version of ICR2, I think the
general consensus is that the Win95 version is buggy and very
unreliable.  If you have dos capability from your soundcard, I strongly
suggest you run the dos program instead.  Besides the greater stability,
you will get faster frame rates as well.    and if this is ICR2 and not
the renamed/repackaged Cart Racing, then make sure you get the patches.

I usually have to run it in 640x480 256 color for it not to crash as much.
Also, make sure you have the latest directx drivers for all of your hardware
components.
