NASCAR Multi.lst Question

My friend and I are set up to multiplay NR1999  on our LAN.  We both
have the same multi.lst, with the exception of me being the first
entry on mine and him being the first on his.  When we are up and
running, things are perfect on my end.  He, on the otherhand, see's me
in his car (with my name), yet he is in his car as well, making two of
his cars on the track.  How can I solve this problem?

How about both of you having the same listing? On TEN, everybody has the
same car sets (well they should if they want to see the appropriate
cars). The car you have really end up as who logs on before the other.
What if you two have the same lists? The list goes in the same order as
the cars.

your list and cars set:

Joe X..... Car #23
Joe Y .... Car #24
etc (for other cars

his list and cars set:

Joe Y .... Car #23
Joe X .... Car #24
etc..

That might account for the problem. Am I helping you? The only thing I'm
not sure I get is the fact that he has 2 identical cars on his system.

Don't waste your time trying to fix it it's a known bug. That got worse with
N99 over N2.
