hmmm.. that is like going into a shopping mall and yelling out
"which car is best"? I suspect you would get many varying answers.

I have a TSW wheel and an ACT LABS Force RS. I love them both.

I have a TM sprint - its relatively cheap and the contsruction is good -

but the gas and brake pedals are on the same axis - and after about
6 months heavy use, the potentiometer that controls that axis is
beginning
to get "noisy" - (i.e it takes a while to return to centre when the
pedals
are released.)

If I was buying another one, I'd go for its bigger brother, the TM Super
Sport.

Sorry to disagree Steven but I use the Nascar Sprint almost
exclusively because I must use the paddles on the wheel for
gas & brake and it can/will use "Split-axis!" Just download
the latest full version of drivers from 'Thrustmaster' {v1.3 I
think?} & then use the "Thrustmaster Pro" for your wheel.
It sets'up up a little oddly in the driver screen but it works!
I have used it for the past 3-months without a***ch!
Good Luck.. Thom_j.
