Can anyone tell me where  I get the nesessary "equiptment" to host an Online
Daytona race?

Not sure this answers your question, but in N3 multiplayer, you can't host a
race on the WON servers at a track not in the game.  You can host over an IP
connection by giving everyone in the race your IP address.  From the Start
button in Windows, you can run "winipcfg" and find the address your ISP
session has been assigned.  All other racers then connect directly to that
address.

Sure u can host thru WON!

Just put up a Dega, or other race and wait till your buds join.

Then go back to the race setup menu with them still connected and switch
over to Daytona.

No one else will be able to join after the switch to Daytona tho.

Simple as that.

  Plus EVERYONE in your group MUST have the same
version of the track.
