I think Herbert is in the Lotus, just as in the '94 season.

It is difficult to choose the correct driver combination for a game unless
you model the constant driver changes in F1. The second B194 was driven by
J.J. Lehto for 4 races, Johnny Herbert for 2 races, and Jos Verstappen for
10 races in 1994. In fact, Herbert drove for three teams in 1994! So I
guess, Crammond chose the drivers who drove the most races for the teams
in 1994.
