Ive been looking for some tracks to fill out my schedule and came across
something referring to this.  Anybody have any idea what it is or if it even
exists?

  Probably someone like me who has lost the fire for getting
CART to work with my 2nd generation Rendition card.  so I have
relegated the cart install to a track pak for the Touring Car patch that
works with N2/N99.
