Going to pitroad to avoid an incident in N4??

Has anyone tried turning onto pit road at high speeds to avoid getting
tangled
up in an accident? Does N4 allow this like real life or does it lead to a
black flag? I haven't had the need to try it yet, but I figure the game is
not smart enough to not black flag you.

I've got a black flag for doing just that.  I didn't even get very far into
the pit and and the next thing you know I'm hearing "oh man they're showing
us with a black flag, gotta come on in for it."  Maybe they can correct this
in a patch?

Considering that people report getting BF's for just spinning into pit road,
I'd say NO - you can't do that.... :)
