Ever noticed how a propellor looks like it has stopped when it reaches a
certain rotational speed?

For a simulation of the effect that you described, you can try the***pit
view of F1CS2000 and observe the rotation of the tires. You'll also notice
that you CANNOT read the lettering on the tires when moving at high speeds.
