: How in the heck do I change this.  I looked in the manual and couldn't
: find it.  Do I have to create a new driver?

Click on the manufacturer's emblem.  This will cycle you through the
choices.

Can someone advise where if they know if there is a FAQ anywhere
outlining the different characteristics of the 3 NASCAR chassis
available in the sim?

In the driver info section, go to the info screen for your driver and
click the pontiac, chevy or ford symbol under the picture of your car to
change chassis.

Hi John,

To change chassis, just click on the large company symbol in the bottom
right corner of the driver screen, and this toggles through Ford, Chevy
and Pontiac.  I don't think this is mentioned in the manual for some
reason.
