It seems to be getting about that time again, when I'm itching for
either a new patch, or an "add on" track pack of some kind for Nascar
Racing 4.. Anyone have any ideas when something new may be coming? TIA,

  I haven't seen any press releases on future Papyrus products.  The
multiplayer screens in N4 would 'suggest' they plan to add the Craftmen's
Truck Series and or the Busch league( ;>  )   there is a coloum that denotes
which series the hosted races are....but to this date, nothing that I have
heard of yet..
  There is a very good CTS patch/mod for Nascar Heat, if Papyrus has the CTS
license, it kinda suprises me that they allow that.
  I don't believe Papyrus kept their CART license after it expired last
year...AFAIK only midway has any sort of licensing agreement with CART at
this time and that is for the dreadful Cart FUry Arcade game.
    I think it was ymenard who  made a few noises about the F1rc engine
about a year ago and floated the possiblity that ubisoft could be searching
for other open wheel properties to use it with.
   My best guess would be more Nascar Product from Papyrus followed
possibly, "POSSIBLY", by some sort of F1 title.
  Ed Martin who was a Papyrus employee and Producer of Nascar HEat for
Hasbro has left there and been hired by EA to oversee their next Nascar
title, which will be coded by the same production house that does the Madden
Football titles.   From what I have read so far, the next EA Nascar title
will be focused on the Consoles...I can't recall if they are also planning a
PC version.(hopefully not just a quicky port if they do.)

Dave, you forget that the Heat CTS patch isn't made by a commercial developer,
so Papy isn't taking as much notice.  But more than one company can have a
track/series license, otherwise we wouldn't have seen Papy's N4 and EA's NASCAR
games on the market at the same time.  Papy's the only maker I've seen that
includes the BGN series though.

Hehe thanks :) Being a third party, not-for-profit group of folks
though, we.. didn't ask anyone's permission :) (And hey, I'm not aware
of any lawyers calling us after our mention on truckseries.com so it
all looks ok.. =))

Nascar does not give out "exclusive licenses" that I'm aware of.  I
know the new title from EA is going to include Winston Cup and Busch
series stuff.

I know I can't wait for the CTS addon for N4.. probably wont be seeing
that for a while though =( (I'll take a random guess and say winter.)
It would be a shame if there's no addons.. N4 is damn fun!
