NFS4 PC career mode--grrrr!

OK, I just started in career mode, and have a few complaints about the way
that it was done.  First of all, you only get your cash at the end of each
tourney, and not after each race, as you do in the PSX version.  This means
if you don't have any money, you're stuck driving a wrecked car until the
end!  My Z3 has something like 53/64/55/62 damage on it, when I finally
finished the tourney, and got some measly money.  In the PSX version, you
can actually go "in the hole", which may not be realistic, but at least it
made it a little easier to be able to afford to upgrade your car sooner.
Yeah, I know the object is not to hit stuff, but apparently my solution for
the game's poor driving model and handling (see earlier post), cannot be
implemented in career mode, because the driver aids, and the tuning options
are not available!!!
While I'm at it, the outside views of the car are nearly unplayable with all
of the perspective shifting by the camera.
What I'm talking about is the view shifting left, right, up, down, or
whatever.  This can be really disorienting, and has caused me to hit the
wall too many times.  This was a problem in NFS3, but here's it's horrible!
I know I can't be the only one with this problem.

Try the CLK 230. I found it to be a much better car than the BMW.

version, you
horrible!

I drive in car (with no dash board), this view is much better than the out
of car view.

Try not bashing it up so much ;) I did get some damage, but the 5k you have
leftover should be enough to get you through a tourney.  After that, make
sure you have extra cash leftover when buying a new one...

I know that doesn't help much, but that's how I'm getting through it...

If you are putting that much damage on your car, then you need some
practice.  Just wait until you get into the AA and AAA modes.  You'll end up
paying 10,000 dollars a race for repairs if you keep this up.  Also, I think
the handling and driving are excellent.  Also, the car shifting on the in
car camera makes the game even more realistic then that 2d image used in
NFS3.
